Meg has experience in all aspects of collective and individual employment law matters in France, including advising companies on hiring, working time, disciplinary measures and termination of employment, as well as managing their staff representatives. She advises both national and global businesses on restructuring projects (including social plans), employment due diligence, employment litigation, HR related matters and disputes. Her practice also includes representing her clients before French Courts (disputes relating to working time, harassment, occupational accidents and termination of employment) and negotiating settlement agreements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Meg is a member of the Paris Bar and has a Master\u2019s Degree in Employment Law and a Lawyer-Linguist Diploma.
